Irish city building converted into apartments

A recent renovation project has seen a town house based in Cork, Northern Ireland, divided up to create three individual residences.

The city address was originally constructed in the 1800s and is classified as a protected building. The extensive building project involved structural work, including new concrete floor levels, as well as the installation of modern roofing. Considerable care was taken to retain many of the residence’s period properties. For example, the home’s sash windows and shutters crafted from wood were fully restored, returning them to their former glory.

Instead of a single residence, the Cork townhouse now offers three different apartments for homebuyers to consider purchasing. Each now has its own front door access and an outdoor living area for private use.
