A new build luxury apartment scheme in Chester, the site is situated within proximity to the city’s railway station. The site is also visible from Hoole Bridge, and as such the need to reflect both the cityscape and the surrounding architectural vernacular was key to the building’s success.
Through vigorous analysis and development, we developed a scheme that not only reflects the local typology, but also provides a key gateway building into Station Road.
The scheme’s success is testament to the collaborative working of our team, our client and Cheshire West & Chester Planning Authority.
